NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Lewis Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is on a Zoning Application filed by John Forman. The Applicant seeks to construct two (2) chicken houses with dimensions of 63′ x 500′ on property located at 2515 Whitmoyer Road, Watsontown, Pennsylvania (Tax Parcel No. 026-00012-048-A). The Applicant is applying for a Variance for said use from the requirements of Section 305, Rural Residential, of the Lewis Township Zoning Ordinance.
Said hearing to be held in the Lewis Township Municipal Building, 1428 Rovendale Drive, Watsontown, PA 17777.
